Safe Work Australia is creating a national code of practice to govern workplace bullying.
There are already codes covering harassment and discrimination. Under the new national bullying code it’s hoped that employers across Australia will have a consistent approach to preventing and responding to the problem.
Experts do agree that bullying is bad for business but they warn that a national code may offer little more than lip service.

While some might argue that bullying behaviours are vague and amorphous the results aren’t.
